  • 1.5 oz Old Monk Rum (or other dark rum)
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • 1 dash Bittemens ‘Elemakule Tiki Bitters
  1. Mount in a mixing glass, add ice, shake, and strain into a coupe glass. No garnish.
