For The Love of The Negroni
The Bittermens preferred way to make a Negroni, perfected by Avery Glasser as part of the opening menu at Amor y Amargo (NYC).
  1. In a rocks glass filled with good, cold ice: add the gin, vermouth and Campari. Give a single stir to incorporate the ingredients. Drop the Bittermens Orange Cream Citrate on any exposed ice cube.
