1.5 oz Reposado Tequila Corazon Preferred
.75 oz Bittermens Citron Sauvage
.25 oz Agave Syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 Egg White .75 oz if using pasteurized or measuring
.5 oz Peychaud's Aperitivo
Orange Peel

.25 oz Agave Syrup
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 Egg White .75 oz if using pasteurized or measuring
.5 oz Peychaud's Aperitivo
Orange Peel

Instructions

Shake everything aside from the orange peel with copious amounts of ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a wide orange peel.
